Attached is the information about the Hockey NZ Advanced Youth and Advanced Small Sticks Coaching courses to be held during Champions Trophy in Auckland 3-5 December 2011.The courses are the equivalent of the old Level 2 and are aimed specifically at coaches operating at the U18, U15 and U13 level.Please circulate the information to your schools, clubs, and representative coaches and encourage coaches to apply for the course.

Spaces are limited and applications satisfying the criteria will be accepted on a first in basis.

Hockey Camp – November 2011

Hi all

Central Hockey are planning on holding two pre Christmas camps for U18/U21 players in preparation for the 2012 season – with the first to be held in Napier on the 5th and 6th of November, in conjunction with Hawkes Bay Hockey.

We know it is coming into Summer, but we believe it is important to build on the success of the Mavericks and Mysticks at NHL, meaning we need to start sooner rather than later.

I realise this is short notice but we need to know numbers by this Friday (28th of October) so please advise me if you are able to attend via email – Colleen.Baylis@asb.co.nz

Date 5/6 November

Venue Napier

Sessions 5th November 10-1pm & 2-5pm

6th November 10-1pm

Cost $50per person

Accommodation Can be arranged at an extra cost – please advise if you need somewhere to stay.

Camp 2

Details to be confirmed – proposed date is 3/4 December.
